Article 1 — Applicability These terms apply to all offers, quotes and agreements between Your Business Name and the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Article 2 — Quotes and offers All quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless indicated otherwise. Article 3 — Performance Your Business Name carries out the assignment to the best of its ability. The client ensures that all information required for the work is provided in good time. Article 4 — Payment Payment must be made within of the invoice date. In case of late payment the client is in default by operation of law. Article 5 — Liability The liability of Your Business Name is limited to the amount charged for the relevant assignment. Your Business Name is not liable for indirect damage. Article 6 — Complaints Complaints about the work must be reported in writing within 14 days of discovery, so that a suitable solution can be sought. Article 7 — Applicable law Dutch law applies to all agreements.
